Job summary

Hume Valley School in Victoria is seeking an experienced Leading Teacher to coordinate pedagogy and drive curriculum improvements across Prep–Year 12 campuses. You will lead literacy and numeracy development, monitor student progress with data, and support teachers through professional learning and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage school priorities and literacy/numeracy development across year levels.
• Plan and implement high impact teaching strategies and evaluate their impact on learning growth.
• Monitor student learning, analyse data, and drive improvement initiatives at class, cohort or whole-school level.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and the wider community to promote student engagement and wellbeing.
• Contribute to policy development and support staff professional learning and performance development.
