Hume Valley School is a Victorian Government school seeking a dedicated classroom teacher. You will implement the Victorian Curriculum, provide inclusive education, and collaborate with staff, families and the community to support student learning and wellbeing.

The role requires planning and delivering engaging lessons, analyzing student progress, and contributing to school improvement across Prep toYear 12.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated knowledge of the relevant curriculum, including literacy and numeracy teaching.
• Experience planning and implementing high impact teaching strategies with data-informed evaluation.
• Ability to monitor and assess student learning and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with staff, students and families.
• Commitment to professional learning and reflective practice to improve teaching quality.

Responsabilidades

• Direct teaching of groups and individual students.
• Contribute to curriculum development and program evaluation within the school.
• Undertake other classroom teaching duties as directed by leadership and priorities.
• Participate in parent/teacher meetings, staff meetings, camps and excursions.
• Support inclusive education and use data to inform teaching approaches.
