Job summary

Flanco, a Tasmea company, seeks experienced Leading Hand Formwork Carpenters to join WA mining projects on a FIFO roster from Perth (2:1 or 3:1). Projects include crushers, mills, thickeners, conveyors, and stockyards across Goldfields and WA.

You will lead formwork carpentry and concrete works, coordinate crews, and maintain safety standards. S26 certification is valued, with longevity and teamwork highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil/mining infrastructure role - crushers, mills, thickeners, plant.
• Form work: 5–10 years experience.
• S26 certification or willingness to obtain.
• Clean National Police Clearance; Gold mine sites access.
• White Card; Manual C Class Driver's Licence; HR licence preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead formwork carpentry and concreting on WA mining projects.
• Coordinate crews on crushers, mills, thickeners, conveyors and stockyards.
• Ensure safety compliance including pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol testing.
• FIFO from Perth on 2:1 or 3:1 rosters across Goldfields/WA sites.

We have multiple new projects - 2:1 or 3:1 rosters, FIFO from Perth.

• Long term, Ongoing work, stable 2:1 or 3:1 swings
• Salary Sacrifice and travel allowance available for east coast. East Coast flights are not included.

• Scope of work: Crusher construction or similar experience highly regarded

Flanco are seeking experienced Leading Hand Formwork Carpenters to join our team. With Form-Reo-Pour construction experience within the WA Mining Sector and S26 certification highly regarded (or willing to obtain).

About Us:

Flanco - a Tasmea company, are a growing civil construction company servicing the mining & resources sector with various ongoing projects running nationwide with a Perth and Goldfields division.

Our projects generally run from 3-6 months with crews moving from project to project providing variety and ongoing work. Common scope of works would be mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings and stockyards, tunnels, power stations and paste plants.

Flanco runs lean on the ground with small to medium size crews from 5-30. All rounders and candidates who demonstrate longevity in employment, have strong work ethic and team attitude who enjoy working alongside and helping out other concreters, steel fixers and operators will be highly regarded.

About You:

• Experience in a similar civil/mining infrastructure role - scope of works crushers, mills, thickeners, plant
• S26 or willingness to obtain
• Form work: Minimum 5-10 years experience
• Earthmoving tickets & all rounder experience steel fixing, concrete - advantageous
• Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain - Gold mine sites
• Minimum Manual C Class Driver's License. HR license preferred but not essential.

• Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol prior to start work and ongoing during employment
