Job summary

Flanco is seeking experienced Underground Concreters to join our team for a new project. The role operates on 2:1 & 3:1 FIFO rosters flying in and out of Perth, WA, with ongoing long-term opportunities.

Projects include mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings, stockyards and tunnels across the mining sector. A supportive crew environment prioritises safety, longevity and teamwork with pre-employment checks required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role
• Concreting: Minimum 3 years’ experience - civil construction experience highly regarded
• Earthmoving tickets & all-rounder experience steel fixing, formwork - advantageous
• Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain
• Minimum Manual C Class Driver's License. HR license preferred but not essential.
• White Card
• Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol prior to start work and ongoing during employment

Responsibilities

• Common scope of works would be mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings and stockyards, tunnels, power stations and paste plants
• All-rounders and candidates who demonstrate longevity in employment, have strong work ethic and team attitude are highly regarded
• Work on underground concreting tasks on ongoing projects with FIFO crews
