HARDLINE GROUP is seeking a versatile Civil Allrounder to work across foundations, slabs, pits and other civil and structural concrete works on projects across Australia. The role requires strong formwork, reinforcement and concreting skills and the ability to read drawings with safety as a priority.

Based in Coomera with travel to Gold Coast, Brisbane, and remote sites. A Construction White Card is essential; relevant tickets are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Practical civil construction experience with formwork, reinforcement and concreting skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and work independently as part of a crew.
• A current Construction White Card is essential.

Responsabilités

• Set out, build and strip formwork; install reinforcement; place and finish concrete.
• Construct footings, foundations, slabs, pits and other structural concrete works per drawings.
• Assist with general civil tasks and safely use hand and power tools.
• Operate plant where ticketed and required.
• Collaborate with the crew to complete work safely and efficiently.
• Take ownership of work quality and stop work if unsafe.
• Take site photos and log updates through company apps.
• Travel to projects across Australia as required.

We are based in Coomera and are keen to hear from people in the Gold Coast and Brisbane areas. Our projects span telecommunications, substations, electrical infrastructure and renewable energy. Some work is local, while other projects are drive-away or fly-away, with rosters depending on the job.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Set out, build and strip formwork; install reinforcement; place and finish concrete.

• Construct footings, foundations, slabs, pits and other structural concrete works in accordance with drawings and specifications.

• Assist with general civil construction tasks and safely use hand and power tools.

• Operate plant where suitably ticketed and required.

• Collaborate with the crew to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, communicating any issues early to prevent them from escalating.

• Take ownership of the quality of your work and speak up or stop work if something isn't safe.

• Take site photos and log updates through our apps.

• Travel to projects across Australia as project requirements dictate.

What We’re Looking For

• Practical civil construction experience, with strong formwork, reinforcement and concreting skills.

• Ability to read construction drawings, work independently and contribute to a productive crew.

• A current Construction White Card (essential).

• HR, EWP, telehandler, excavator or other relevant tickets (advantageous but not essential).

• Reliability, personal accountability, clear communication and a willingness to travel for projects.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Confidence using email, apps and taking site photos.

• A committed attitude — you turn up, follow through and see the job out.

• Willingness to travel and work away in regional and remote locations. Get paid to see our beautiful country!

• Own the problem. Spot an issue, raise it early and help fix it. We make decisions quickly so crews aren't left waiting.

• Respect is earned through action, not titles. Our previous Field Manager started here as a crew concreter and worked his way up through team leader, leading hand, supervisor and senior site supervisor roles.
