Job summary

A civil construction company is looking for experienced Concreters for FIFO positions flying in and out of Perth. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and the ability to work in various civil construction projects. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in concreting, civil construction experience highly regarded.
• Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain.
• Minimum Manual C Class Driver's License, HR license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of experienced Concreters working on various civil construction projects.
• Work on mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings, and tunnels.
• Participate in a pre-employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol test.

Flanco are seeking experienced Concreters to join our team.

About Us

Flanco is a growing civil construction company servicing the mining & resources sector with various ongoing projects running nationwide with a Perth and Goldfields division.

Our projects generally run from 3-6 months with crews moving from project to project providing variety and ongoing work. Common scope of works would be mills, crushers, concrete thickeners, conveyor footings and stockyards, tunnels, power stations and paste plants.

Flanco runs lean on the ground with small to medium size crews from 5-30. All rounders and candidates who demonstrate longevity in employment, have strong work ethic and team attitude who enjoy working alongside and helping out other concreters, steel fixers and operators will be highly regarded.

About You

• Experience in a similar role
• Concreting: Minimum 3 years’ experience - civil construction experience highly regarded
• Earthmoving tickets & all-rounder experience steel fixing, formwork - advantageous
• Clean National Police Clearance, or ability to obtain
• Minimum Manual C Class Driver's License. HR license preferred but not essential.
• White Card
• Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical and LAB Drug and Alcohol prior to start work and ongoing during employment
