PBE Rutherford Mining in Australia is seeking an Electrical Leading Hand to lead site electrical crews, coordinate resources and deliver project works across regional and remote locations. The role requires hands-on leadership, travel from Brisbane or Mackay, and HV experience.

Responsabilidades

• Monitoring productivity, labour and project costs against expectations.

• Ensuring company vehicles, tools and equipment are managed appropriately.

• Contributing ideas that improve safety, productivity and the way we work.

About You

You’ll be a confident and capable electrical professional who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and getting the best from your team.

To be successful, you’ll have:

• Electrical Trade Qualification.

• High Voltage (HV) experience.

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.

• Experience delivering site-based project works.

• Previous experience leading or supervising electrical crews.

• Strong safety awareness and the ability to identify and manage workplace risks.

• Good planning, organisation and time management skills.

• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work directly with customers.

• A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving.

• A commitment to quality workmanship and getting the job done right.

• Flexibility to travel regularly to regional and remote project locations.
