Job summary

EC Power, a division of EC Group, is seeking an experienced Licensed Electrical Site Supervisor to join our Industrial & Warehousing construction team on Sydney projects. This hands-on, site-based role requires leading electricians, coordinating trades and taking ownership of day-to-day site delivery.

You will work closely with Project Managers, clients and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to a high standard across industrial and warehousing settings.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering on industrial, warehouse and commercial construction sites.
• Proven leadership in supervising electricians, apprentices and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of electrical installations and construction processes.

Electrical Site Supervisor - Industrial & Warehousing

EC Power has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Licensed Electrical Site Supervisor to join our Industrial & Warehousing Construction team. This is a hands-on site-based position suited to someone who has strong electrical experience and the confidence to lead teams, coordinate trades and take ownership of day-to-day site delivery. You will work closely with Project Managers, clients, builders, subcontractors and our electrical teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule and to a high standard. The role will involve predominantly industrial and warehousing projects across Sydney and surrounding areas, with you generally based on one project at a time. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician or Leading Hand looking to progress into a Site Supervisor role, or an established Site Supervisor looking for their next long-term opportunity.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electricians, apprentices and subcontractors on site

Lead the day-to-day delivery of electrical works across medium to large projects

About you

Strong experience working on industrial, warehouse and/or commercial construction projects

Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Leading Hand or senior Electrical Tradesman

Strong understanding of electrical installations and construction processes

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications

Excellent leadership and people-management skills

Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Sound knowledge of current electrical standards and regulations

Excellent communication and organisational skills
