Job summary

Job description

• Contract until December 2026, with the specific date to be agreed based on availability and the final scope.
• Attractive day rates based on experience.
• Flexible remote or hybrid arrangements. There is no requirement for the contractor to be based in a particular location or regularly attend a specific office. Some virtual stakeholder engagement will be required.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

As the Leadership Learning Consultant, you will be supporting the design and planning of a leadership capability uplift focused on change and adaptability. The solution is intended for Leaders of Teams and Leaders of Leaders operating in high-change environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Translating the agreed problem, audience and objectives into a clear learning strategy and experience.
• Supporting audience segmentation, capability and learning-needs analysis.
• Designing practical learning that helps leaders navigate ambiguity, create clarity, challenge assumptions, experiment and adapt based on evidence.
• Developing the high-level solution design, learner journey, pilot approach and evaluation framework.
• Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and potential external partners.
• Supporting project planning, stakeholder materials and progress toward a Q2 pilot.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Proficient in learning experience design, stakeholder engagement, structured problem-solving and project delivery.
• Prior experience developing leadership training.
• Familiarity with common digital learning, collaboration and project-management tools would be helpful, but is not essential.
• Experience in adaptive leadership, systems thinking, behaviour change or leading through complexity would be valuable.
