Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as Learning Designer or similar.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design frameworks.
• Experience developing digital learning content using Articulate 360, Storyline and Rise.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Previous government or large, complex organisations experience highly regarded.

Learning Designer (Contract to June 2027) | State Government

Perigon Group is currently seeking an experienced Learning Designer to join a State Government organisation on a contract through to June 2027.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing engaging learning solutions that support organisational capability uplift and successful project outcomes. Working closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts, you will create high-quality learning materials across a range of delivery formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional and blended learning solutions
• Create eLearning modules, facilitator guides, learner resources and assessments
• Conduct learning needs analysis and recommend appropriate learning strategies
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs to translate complex information into engaging content

• Ensure learning materials meet accessibility and adult learning principles

About You

• Demonstrated experience as a Learning Designer, Instructional Designer or similar
• Strong knowledge of adult learning methodologies and instructional design frameworks
• Experience developing digital learning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline and Rise
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Previous experience within Government or large, complex organisations highly regarded
• Long-term contract until June 2027
