Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in learning and development.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and contemporary methods.
• Experience with learning management systems and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging learning initiatives to build capability across the workforce.
• Support enterprise learning programs and administer the LMS.
• Facilitate training and workshops and partner with subject matter experts.
• Analyse learning data to improve programs and outcomes.
