Job summary

Linfox is seeking an experienced Allocator to join our team in Chullora, NSW, on a permanent full-time basis. You will coordinate vehicle operations for pickup and delivery, manage bookings and paperwork, and support branch administration while maintaining KPI data and safety/compliance guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have transport/logistics scheduling experience, SAP familiarity, and excellent communication with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling/allocating within transport/logistics (desirable).
• SAP system experience (desirable).
• Knowledge of rail, road and coastal operations including admin processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle operations for pickup and delivery of customer product.
• Manage bookings and paperwork to enable deliveries.
• Support branch operations and administration, including updating KPI data.
• Update and manage TMS and KPI dashboards.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
