Job summary

Linfox in Sydney is seeking an Allocator to join our Retail team in Eastern Creek, NSW. This permanent full-time role focuses on coordinating transport allocations, scheduling and dispatch to keep daily operations moving, with a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.

You will work Monday to Friday, liaising with drivers, customers and operations to maintain safe, compliant and efficient service. Prior logistics experience and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, preferably transport or logistics.
• Ability to respond quickly and prioritise in a busy operation.
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of TMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transport allocations, scheduling and dispatch.
• Liaise with drivers, customers and operations to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor schedules and adjust allocations for changes.
• Maintain run sheets, scheduling data and transport docs.
• Support route planning and efficient fleet utilisation.
• Ensure activities meet safety and CoR requirements.
