Job summary

Bendelta is seeking a Leadership Development Consultant to design immersive leadership experiences and deliver high-impact development programs for leaders and organisations in Australia. You will support end-to-end delivery from diagnosis through design and facilitation, co-creating tailored journeys that are human-centred and sustainable.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate qualification in Organisational Psychology (or equivalent).
• Around 5 years’ relevant experience in leadership development, organisational development, consulting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of theory, frameworks and emerging research related to leadership development, and ability to apply these in practice.
• Proven experience designing leadership development, team effectiveness or organisational development interventions.
• Facilitation skills with experience leading workshops, leadership groups or intact teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act proactively and independently.
• Openness and agility to use AI and progressive tools to innovate and advance transformation.
• Ability to balance human impact and a commercial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design leadership development programs including architectures, face-to-face and virtual workshops, and tools to embed learning in the flow of work.
• Support end-to-end project delivery for leadership development engagements, ensuring quality, impact and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate engaging and high-impact learning experiences for leaders at all levels.
• Apply research and contemporary thinking, exploring ideas and technologies to evolve practice.
• Collaborate with others and foster an inclusive, thriving learning culture.
• Partner with clients to understand leadership capability needs and co-create tailored solutions.
• Contribute to business development, identifying opportunities to deepen impact and extend relationships.
