Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expert knowledge of curriculum and ability to lead school priorities and literacy/numeracy instruction.
• Ability to plan and implement high-impact teaching strategies addressing student needs.
• Monitor and assess student learning data to drive improvement initiatives and provide feedback to students/parents.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for collaboration with students, staff, families and community.
• Model department values and contribute to whole-school professional learning.
• Lead, coach and mentor staff to build instructional capability through evidence-based coaching.
