Fitzroy North Primary School in Melbourne's inner city region is seeking a Leading Teacher to coordinate staff and drive improvements in teaching and learning. The role combines teaching with leadership responsibilities and requires leading priorities in the school strategic plan.

You will work with teachers, parents and the broader community to raise student achievement, wellbeing, and engagement, modelling best practice and shaping policy development.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Victorian Institute of Teaching registration.
• Experience leading literacy and numeracy across the curriculum.
• Ability to monitor student learning and lead improvement initiatives.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate with staff, parents and the community.
