• Chartered Status with Engineer’s Australia is desirable.
• Be confident to develop creative innovative solutions to engineering problems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver well-presented and conforming detail design deliverables using AGILITUS systems and procedures.
• Provide training to Junior Engineers on structural engineering design systems and explain their differences and use.
• Provide technical support and guidance to Graduate Engineers and Engineers in their project.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Newcastle team. As our client portfolio grows across the resources, energy and industrial sectors, this position will help support and expand our engineering and design capabilities. This a great opportunity for a talented and passionate Engineer to be part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Located in the Hunter Mall Chambers opposite Queens Wharf, our Newcastle office boasts spectacular views of the Newcastle Harbour. Our local multidisciplinary teams are supporting our East Coast clients through a range of local projects, showcasing our expansion into the Hunter region. Our Newcastle team also integrates and supports the broader works in the West by collaborating with our Perth and Mandurah teams

Our structural team is built from our team's diverse skills and knowledge, which span from design and structural integrity to project management. They collaborate to provide a full suite of Structural Engineering services including Mine & Process Plants, Ports & Loadout Facilities, Aerodrome/Airport Facilities, Modular Accommodation Villages & Housing, Tailings Storage Facilities, Diesel Fuel & LNG Infrastructure, Industrial Facilities, Water Treatment Plants, and Value Engineering.

Responsibilities
