Job summary

Kingpin Crown in Melbourne is seeking a Sous Chef who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and enjoys leading people. You will be the 2IC to the Head Chef, guiding day-to-day operations and maintaining quality and safety standards.

You’ll coach a team of Cooks, assist with ordering and stock control, contribute to kitchen admin, and help set a positive culture during peak services. WWCC and First Aid/CPR are required or willing to obtain; leadership experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Must hold WWCC, First Aid & CPR or be willing to obtain.
• Experience in high-volume kitchens; leadership experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations as the 2IC to the Head Chef.
