Dicky Beach Surf Life Saving Club is seeking a motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at a premier Sunshine Coast location. The role starts as casual with a pathway to full-time salary for the right candidate, and shifts run from 11:00 to 20:30 with a 1-hour break.

Qualifications
- Trade qualified with culinary certification.
- Minimum 5 years in a kitchen leadership role.
- Experience with ordering, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Ability to lead the team in the Head Chef's absence.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen operations and supervise staff.
- Oversee ordering, budgeting and financial reporting.
- Develop and curate menu concepts.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
