Job summary

You will lead discovery, shape value propositions, and demonstrate business impact through tailored demos, architectures, and business cases that drive confident buying decisions.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• Qualify opportunities for ALM Octane, Functional Testing, Performance Engineering, and Value Edge platform.

These solutions are part of the Application Delivery Management (ADM) portfolio.

• Lead client discovery and design solutions across on-prem and cloud, including modernization and lift-and-shift initiatives.
• Advise customers on test lifecycle management best practices and guide their transformation journey from Waterfall to Agile delivery models.
• Act as a trusted advisor helping customers adopt and scale OpenText products, ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term value realization.
• Deliver customized demos, executive presentations, and high-quality proposals (RFP/RFI/RFQ).
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, partners, and delivery teams to win and transition projects smoothly.
• Support evaluations with PoCs, best practices, and technical guidance; act as a trusted DevOps advisor.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise Application Delivery Management (ADM), with strong expertise in Test Lifecycle Management end-to-end (planning, design, execution, defect management, and reporting), and proven pre-sales ability to understand and analyze prospects' needs and identify, develop, and present appropriate solutions in an on
• or off-cloud environment.
• Strong track record of guiding customers through Waterfall-to-Agile transformation and driving adoption of new tools and practices.
• Solid SDLC knowledge; DevOps and testing automation skills are a strong value-add.
• Excellent customer-facing skills, with strong experience delivering presentations and demos to both technical and C-level audiences.
• Proven client success and solution-win track record.
• Willingness to travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
