Job summary

WA Owned commercial builder is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team in Western Australia. The role requires supervising on-site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering quality on time while maintaining safety standards.

You should be trade qualified with at least two years of head contractor supervisory experience, and have worked with Tier 2-3 builders. The position offers exposure to education, health, defence and aged care projects and a collaborative team

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience with a head contractor.
• Trade Qualified.
• Worked for Tier 2-3 builders.
• Project experience including Education, Template Schools, Low Rise Construction, Defence, Health or Aged Care.
• Strong communication with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and coordinate subcontractors.
• Ensure safety and quality on site.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to deliver on timeline.
