Job summary

Lendlease WA is seeking multiple Site Supervisors to oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities in Perth. You will ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

You will plan, coordinate, and monitor site operations, manage site teams and apprentices, and collaborate with engineers, unions, consultants and authorities to deliver projects. A strong safety mindset and ability to lead with clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising construction activities.
• Strong understanding of safety systems and compliance requirements.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor site operations effectively.
• Knowledge of quality standards and contract specifications.
• Leadership skills to manage and develop site teams.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
