Job summary

Steel Builder International (SBI) in Perth, WA is seeking a Site Manager to oversee on-site construction of major structural steel projects, with occasional travel to Adelaide. You will ensure delivery to scope, schedule, quality and safety standards while coordinating subcontractors and site teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ site management experience in structural steel or commercial construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
• Degree or trade background in Construction, Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering (steel, welding, rigging, fabrication experience highly regarded)

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction and installation activities for major structural steel projects.
• Ensure delivery to scope, schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to achieve efficient project execution.
• Manage site risks and proactively resolve issues before they impact delivery.
