Job summary

Sitzler Pty Ltd invites applications for a Services Coordinator to lead service coordination across Western Australia project sites. The role sits within the Construction WA department and requires coordinating service activities to support ongoing construction projects in WA.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years in the construction industry, and a Nationally Recognised Construction Induction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years in construction industry with services coordination experience.
• Nationally Recognised Construction Induction required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee service activities to support construction projects in WA.
• Review services sample submissions for compliance against specifications.
• Coordinate service technical queries with Subcontractors and Consultants.
• Liaise with Services Manager for technical support and guidance.
• Perform QA inspections for services installations.
• Coordinate services interfaces with Work Packages onsite.
• Assist with interface between Project Manager / Engineers and consultants for design changes and services clash solutions.
• Support Services Manager in tender preparation and submission.
