Job summary

Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing seeks a Lead Siebel Designer Systems Analyst to support the Siebel CRM platform across the organisation. The role involves requirements analysis, design, build support, testing, and post-release activities within a hybrid work arrangement.

Candidate must have strong communication and analytical skills, 5+ years Siebel CRM experience, and prior experience with large Australian Government IT systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum SFIA level 6 demonstrated.
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent in ICT.
• 3–5+ years’ IT systems analysis and design experience.
• 5+ years’ recent Siebel CRM experience.
• At least two years’ Siebel Analyst-Designer experience.
• Extensive Siebel CRM design/development/testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business analysts and staff to determine business requirements.
• Negotiate scope within technical and resourcing constraints.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to clarify requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, UX designers, product design assurance and developers on feasible solutions.
• Develop and document detailed functional designs, user stories, and artefacts.
• Peer review design deliverables and perform confidence checks of functionality.
• Provide risk assessment of project activities.
• Coordinate implementation of solution designs with stakeholders.
• Analyse and resolve design issues raised during development and post go-live.
• Transfer skills and knowledge to departmental officers.
