Job summary

Calleo Australia is seeking a Siebel Developer to provide specialist development and production support for Siebel CRM systems in Melbourne. The role offers hybrid working options under a long-term government contract.

You will design configurations, workflows, scripting, Open UI, and integrations, and develop interfaces to meet business requirements. Collaboration with technical leads and QA support are essential.

Overview

As aSiebel Developer, you will play a key role in providing specialist development and production support for Siebel CRM systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in resolving technical issues, maintaining system integrations, and ensuring reliable platform performance.

Key Duties Include but are not Limited to

• Design, develop, and maintain Siebel CRM configurations, workflows, scripting, Open UI, and integration components.
• Develop and support inbound and outbound interfaces, web services, and system integrations to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical leads and support teams to resolve complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare technical specifications, conduct unit testing, and support quality assurance activities prior to deployment.
