The Siebel Developer role operates within a mature delivery environment following the successful delivery, with a focus on system stability, sustainment and continuous improvement, while continuing to deliver high-quality enhancements to department systems. This position combines hands‑on technical expertise and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver solutions that are scalable, secure and aligned with enterprise standards and evolving business requirements.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Demonstrated experience in Siebel CRM development, including configuration, workflows and integrations.
• Strong technical problem‑solving skills and ability to deliver in complex, enterprise environments.
• Ability to lead technical delivery and provide practical guidance, mentoring and assurance to development teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
• Commitment to quality, continuous improvement and reliable delivery outcomes.

Location and Contract Term:

This role can be based in QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW, NT, SA, TAS. Initial Contract till 31 December 2027 with 1 x 12 - month contract extension options pending budget and delegate approval.
