Job summary

Mind Australia is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Adult Step-Up Step-Down service in Bundaberg. You will oversee all aspects of delivery, ensure recovery-oriented care, and build partnerships with clinicians, government agencies and community services.

The role is fixed-term and part-time (30.4 hours/week), with accountability for performance and budgets. A pro-rata salary is provided with superannuation and benefits, along with development opportunities within Mind.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in mental health or related field.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in health or social services.
• Trauma-informed, recovery-oriented practice experience.
• Experience with budgets, reporting and stakeholder partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage recovery-oriented services for clients, families and carers.
• Provide leadership, coaching and supervision to team leaders.
• Oversee intake, assessment, recovery planning, care reviews and rostering.
• Manage service performance, budgets, reporting and compliance.
• Build partnerships with clinical services, government and community groups.
• Foster a high-performing culture valuing lived experience and development.
