Job summary

Mind Australia is seeking a Team Leader to join the Adult Step-Up Step-Down (ASUSD) residential service in Bundaberg. This fixed-term, part-time role provides practice leadership and day-to-day operational oversight to a dedicated team delivering recovery-oriented supports for adults living with psychosocial disability.

You will coach staff, provide supervision, model person-centred and trauma-informed practice, and work with clinical and community partners to help clients achieve recovery goals

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in mental health or related field.
• Experience supporting people with mental health challenges and complex needs.
• Leadership experience with coaching and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide practice leadership and day-to-day operational oversight.
• Coach, mentor and develop staff delivering recovery-oriented services.
• Oversee rostering, documentation, incidents, risk and quality compliance.
• Facilitate group programs promoting life skills and social connection.
• Collaborate with clinical partners and community services.
