Job summary

Zeal Engineering, Perth-based, is seeking a Lead Project Engineer to join an owner's team delivering mining projects from study through commissioning. The role is site-based, supporting the Project Manager to deliver multi-disciplinary projects on budget and schedule.

You will manage on-site construction, tender packages, interfaces across vendors, and ensure adherence to engineering standards while liaising with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong NPI background including HV/LV workshops, bore-field services, offices and changerooms.
• Experience with TSFs and Bulk Earthworks is highly favourable.
• Proven estimating, tendering, risk mitigation, and package management with cost & schedule accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site construction support and resolve technical/design issues.
• Assist Project Manager to deliver mining projects on budget and schedule.
• Prepare, evaluate, and award tender and contractor packages.
• Monitor interfaces across vendors, contractors and subcontractors.
