Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Project Controls Lead to join the team supporting a major mining construction project. The role focuses on planning, cost control, forecasting, earned value management, and change management while guiding project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience leading project controls on mining, energy, infrastructure, or construction EPC/EPCM projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all project controls functions across assigned projects.
• Provide strategic oversight of cost control, planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and reporting.
• Lead monthly cost reporting, forecasting, and budget reviews.
• Develop and manage project control budgets based on tender submissions.
• Lead the setup, implementation, and optimisation of InEight across new and existing projects.
• Drive integration between project controls systems, Primavera P6, and ERP platforms.
• Mentor and support Project Controls Engineers and Specialists.
• Oversee project scheduling and planning activities using Primavera P6.
