Job summary

Regis Resources is seeking an Electrical Supervisor for the Duketon operations in Western Australia. The role is FIFO on an 8:6 roster from Perth, with direct supervision of tradespersons, technicians and contractors within the process plant.

You will lead electrical maintenance activities, ensure compliance with WHS and electrical legislation, liaise with planning, and provide technical support for fault diagnosis and plant improvements.

Qualifications

• Hold current WA electrical licence.
• High Voltage switching certificate completed within last 24 months.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience in a fixed plant mining environment.
• Experience in scheduling, fault finding, report writing and budgeting.
• Unrestricted manual driver's licence.
• S26 exposure, certificate or ability to obtain certificate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure electrical compliance with legislation in area of responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with WHS Act 2020 and Regulations 2022.
• Provide leadership to electrical team and maintenance department.
• Collaborate with planning team to manage daily maintenance work plans.
• Provide technical support for diagnosis of electrical faults and issues.
• Identify maintenance requirements and improvements to plant and equipment.
• Ensure adequate technician coverage and manage contract electrical teams.
• Utilise Pronto as primary maintenance management system.
• Order spares, materials and consumables.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment and identify improvements.
