Job summary

Regis Resources, a Western Australian gold producer, is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Planner at Duketon to lead planning and scheduling for the processing plant. Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, the role oversees shutdowns, MPOs, and data integrity in the CMMS, ensuring safe, reliable operations across a 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling in fixed plant or heavy industrial environments.
• Experience planning plant shutdowns, maintenance campaigns and service days.
• Mechanical trade or engineering qualification preferred.
• Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office (Projects/Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end maintenance planning and scheduling for the processing plant.
• Coordinate preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Manage planning for major outages with detailed Gantt schedules.
• Coordinate maintenance activities involving large shutdown workforces of 150+ personnel.
• Maintain CMMS data to support reliability, cost reporting.
• Monitor planning performance and identify risks, driving improvements.
• Collaborate with Operations, Reliability, Engineering and Maintenance teams.
• Provide shutdown and maintenance performance reports to site leadership.
• Support budgeting and continuous improvement within Maintenance.
