Job summary

Parratech is seeking a Project Engineer-Manager in Melbourne to lead the efficient delivery of prefabricated solutions. You will report to the Head of Delivery and drive project planning, resource coordination, procurement, and on-site management.

Emphasis on risk management, continuous improvement, and safety compliance to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes. You will engage with internal teams and external stakeholders, deliver weekly progress reports, and contribute to monthly board-level

Qualifications

• Experience leading offsite project management and site management.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Proven ability to manage risk and ensure safety compliance on projects.

Responsibilities

• Project planning and execution to align with manufacturing strategies.
• Coordinate resources including manpower, materials and equipment.
• Co-ordinate procurement and delivery of materials to support projects.
• Provide weekly progress reports and highlight risks to timelines and budgets.
• Maintain safety standards and liaise with Parratech Safety manager.
• Attend monthly safety meetings and report to Head of Manufacturing.
