Job summary

Recruitmark is partnered with an Australian engineering and construction company to deliver critical infrastructure through prefabrication and modular construction methods. A Project Manager will oversee delivery from start to finish, ensuring timeliness, budget adherence, and quality, while coordinating with the Head of Delivery and Managing Director.

• Extensive PM experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from start to finish, on time, within budget and quality.
• Establish consistent PM processes and provide progress updates to leadership.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, costs, and profitability; identify financial risks.
• Serve as the link between clients, internal teams, suppliers, sub-contractors and leadership.
• Improve project processes, reduce waste, adopt new technologies, and coordinate manufacturing and delivery.
• Ensure safety, quality, regulatory and contractual compliance including site audits.
