Job summary

GForce Recruitment is seeking a skilled Pipe Layer Crew Leader to join a busy civil site in Geelong. You will lead a crew, supervise pipe laying, drainage and underground services, and ensure works are completed safely and to high standards.

The role requires planning, interpreting plans and strong leadership, with a White Card and reliable transport. Full-time hours with site-based duties and a company vehicle may be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as Civil Pipe Layer and/or Leading Hand required.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and levels.
• Strong commitment to health and safety on-site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site pipe laying teams and coordinate daily workloads.
• Install and maintain stormwater, sewer and drainage infrastructure.
• Ensure work meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain site records and communicate with Site Supervisors.
