Job summary

Dash Group is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Civil Pipe Layer in Geelong, Victoria, to supervise and work alongside a crew on civil pipe laying projects. You will lead activities, ensure drainage and underground services are installed to spec, and maintain safety and productivity on site.

The role requires proven leadership of small crews, strong stake in quality, and the ability to read plans and levels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in civil pipe laying and leading a crew.
• Strong knowledge of civil drainage and underground services.
• Ability to read plans, drawings and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise civil pipe laying crews on site.
• Set out and install stormwater, sewer and drainage systems.
• Read and interpret plans, drawings and levels.
• Coordinate daily tasks and communicate with Site Supervisors and Project Managers.
• Maintain safety and quality on site.
