Job summary

The University of Sydney Business School is seeking a Manager, Online Student Experience to lead the design, implementation and evaluation of the online postgraduate student support model from enrolment through to graduation. The role will establish the operating model and digital infrastructure supporting the end-to-end student journey.

Experience designing user-centred education services and leveraging technology.

Responsibilities

Oversee onboarding, student support, and retention initiatives for online programs.
Partner with academic leaders to align student experience with curriculum and faculty needs.
Use predictive analytics to identify at-risk students and implement targeted interventions.
