Job summary

The University of Sydney is seeking an Education Support Officer within the Business School's Learning Innovation Office to provide broad project-related administrative and operational support. This role delivers services from stakeholder communications to procurement, invoicing and online learning materials administration.

You will manage documentation, track milestones and support strategic projects while ensuring high-quality service delivery in a dynamic university environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience.
• Ability to provide administrative and project support within a higher education institution or similarly complex organisation.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• provide administrative and operational support for learning innovation and digital learning projects, ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and in line with project objectives
• coordinate project communications and maintain effective engagement with stakeholders across the Business School and wider University
• support the planning, implementation and delivery of strategic projects, including tracking activities, milestones and outcomes
• manage project-related procurement, invoices and financial records, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with University processes
• monitor and coordinate contracts with external suppliers and service providers to support successful project delivery
• assist in the design, development and quality assurance of online learning materials within the University's learning management system
• maintain project documentation, records and reporting systems, while providing high-quality administrative support to the Learning Innovation Office team.
