Service Stream is seeking a Lead Maintenance Works Coordinator (Planning and Scheduling) in Brisbane, QLD. This permanent, full-time role focuses on planning, scheduling, coordination, and performance across the program to ensure safe, efficient delivery aligned with contractual/KPI requirements.

You will lead a team, drive schedule compliance, and optimise planning through proactive approaches and data-driven decisions, reporting to the Asset and Optimisation Manager.

Qualificações

• Must have strong planning and scheduling experience.
• Experience in coordinating multiple teams to hit KPI targets.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with good communication across stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Works Coordinators to deliver against schedule, delivery, and efficiency KPIs.
• Establish performance expectations, monitor team outputs, and escalate delivery risks.
• Govern planning and scheduling activities ensuring high schedule compliance and forward planning.
• Monitor performance against on‑time completion, SLA compliance, and backlog targets.
• Resolve constraints impacting delivery.
• Drive improvements in planning efficiency and standardisation using data.
