Job summary

Service Stream's Utilities division is seeking a proactive Lead Maintenance Works Coordinator to oversee planning and scheduling across the UU MECS contract in Brisbane, QLD. The role ensures safety, efficiency and KPI alignment, with accountability for schedule compliance and on-time delivery.

You will lead Works Coordinators, drive planning improvements, and coordinate with asset management teams to optimise schedules under pressure, while fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience in a people management position.
2+ years in planning, scheduling, or coordination roles.
5+ years in related maintenance/operations roles.
Strong experience with job scheduling systems (e.g. Click).
Familiarity with asset management systems (e.g. Ellipse).
Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure.
Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and collaboration.
Strong communication skills across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Works Coordinators to deliver against schedule, delivery, and efficiency KPIs.
Govern planning and scheduling activities to ensure high schedule compliance and forward planning.
Monitor on-time completion, SLA compliance, and backlog; resolve delivery constraints.
