Job summary

Maintenance Systems Solutions Pty Ltd in Brisbane is seeking a Scheduling Lead for Construction & Fabrication Activities within the maintenance team. You will align project and maintenance execution across multiple workstreams, driving clarity and efficiency while coordinating complex schedules.

You will develop and optimise Primavera P6 schedules aligned with SAP, provide contractor schedule oversight, and deliver Power BI reporting to track portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP and Primavera P6 essential.
• Power BI experience highly regarded.
• Must have the right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Lead activity placement and planning/readiness for C&FA, ensuring schedules align across projects and maintenance.
• Develop, maintain, and optimise Primavera P6 schedules, aligned with SAP and ensuring traceability of changes.
• Provide schedule oversight for Engineering & Construction contractors, ensuring accurate reporting.
• Drive transparency through Power BI reporting, portfolio tracking, and contractor performance reviews.
• Support project gating, readiness, and integration of C&FA work into IAP processes to maximise production outcomes.
