Job summary

Service Stream's Utilities division is seeking a proactive Lead Maintenance Works Coordinator to join the UU MECS contract in Brisbane, QLD. This full-time role focuses on planning, scheduling and coordination of maintenance delivery across the program, ensuring safe, efficient work and adherence to KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination roles (2+ years) or 5+ years in related maintenance/operations roles.
• Experience leading a team of coordinators.
• Familiarity with scheduling and asset management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Works Coordinators to deliver against schedule, delivery, and KPI targets.
• Govern planning and scheduling activities to maximise schedule compliance and efficiency.
• Monitor on-time delivery and backlog, resolving constraints.
• Drive improvements in planning efficiency and standardisation using performance data.
