Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. in Perth is seeking an Associate Landscape Architect to lead major infrastructure projects and help establish the first permanent Perth landscape architecture team within the ANZ Connected Cities group.

You will drive design delivery from concept to completion, mentor emerging landscape architects, build strong client relationships, and contribute to bids and business development while shaping our Perth presence in Western Australia.

Qualifications

Strong design leadership and technical capability.
Experience working within multidisciplinary infrastructure or urban development environments.
The ability to build lasting client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
A collaborative leadership style and commitment to developing people.
A growth mindset to help build a local team in Western Australia.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of major infrastructure, public realm and multidisciplinary projects.
Build trusted relationships with clients and project teams.
Drive landscape architecture outcomes from concept through to delivery.
Mentor and support the development of emerging landscape architects.
Contribute to bids, pursuits and business development opportunities.
Help establish, grow and shape our Perth landscape architecture team and market presence.
