Job summary

Urbis is seeking an experienced Associate/Senior Landscape Architect to relocate to our Perth office. You will lead and deliver mid- to large-scale landscape projects, mentor teams, and drive design excellence across public realm and placemaking initiatives.

This role involves building client relationships and contributing to a national Design team. The successful candidate will relocate to Perth with relocation assistance and join a supportive, collaborative firm committed to quality and impact

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture.
• 10+ years relevant experience or equivalent.
• Experience in a Design practice and/or consultancy environment.
• Ability to develop complex landscape designs in AutoCAD and/or Revit/BIM with graphic software (Adobe Creative Suite) and 3D modelling (SketchUp/Rhino/Lumion).
• Strong Word and Excel skills to develop contract specs and costing estimates.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and co-ordinate delivery of medium to large projects across diverse teams.
• Understand resource, program and fee requirements to meet budgets and deadlines.
• Provide design leadership, mentorship, and ensure high-quality, innovative outcomes.
• Develop client relationships and seek opportunities for repeat work across national offices.
• Collaborate with other disciplines and Business Units to leverage cross-selling opportunities.
• Support or lead external and internal meetings with clear design strategies.
