Job summary

EPCAD is seeking an Associate / Senior Associate Landscape Architect to lead major landscape architecture projects across Western Australia. You will guide design development, documentation and contract administration, while mentoring team members and fostering client relationships.

We require 5–7 years of relevant experience, a recognised Landscape Architecture qualification with AILA membership (or equivalent), strong AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite skills, and Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Around 5-7 years relevant professional experience.
• A recognised Landscape Architecture qualification and AILA membership, or equivalent.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong design, technical documentation and contract administration capabilities.
• Excellent communication, client management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative studio.
• Experience in AutoCAD and with Adobe Creative Suite software.
• Existing Citizenship or Australian working rights.
• Associate-level candidates will bring client leadership, business development and practice management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a wide range of projects across all aspects of landscape architecture, master planning, visual assessment and urban design.
• Manage and co-ordinate teams and projects from early concept design through to design development, documentation and contract administration
• Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants and approval authorities
• Manage project programs, budgets and delivery standards
• Mentor and support other members of the landscape architecture team
• Contribute to business development, studio culture, and strategic decision-making
• Help shape the way EPCAD works as the practice continues to evolve
