Job summary

Urbis in Perth is seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to lead delivery of mid to large scale projects within our national Design team. You will guide concept through construction, champion design excellence, and mentor project teams to deliver thoughtful landscape and placemaking outcomes.

The role requires a broad understanding of landscape, built form, and public realm design, with the ability to engage clients, manage budgets, and contribute to business development across national offices.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Landscape Architecture.
• 10+ years experience in design practice or consultancy.
• Ability to develop complex landscape designs in AutoCAD and/or Revit/BIM and in 3D visualisation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery of mid to large scale projects.
• Provide design leadership and mentorship to project teams.
• Drive design reviews, innovation, and design excellence across stages.
• Build and maintain client relationships to generate repeat work.
• Support business development and cross-sell with other Business Units.
