  • Developing and nurturing consulting staff capability and efficiency by providing coaching, mentoring, skills and career development including Brightest Minds review, technical guidance and management on a day-to-day basis;
  • Build new and existing client relationships resulting in the generation of repeat work and strong professional networks across a range of industry sectors;
  • Confidently and efficiently supporting or leading external and internal meetings (i.e. Resourcing meetings), delivering strategic Design strategies and business plan;
  • Achieving commercial performance KPIs including team revenue targets, utilisation, personal fee budgets and Work Under Management through strong service delivery and effective project management;

About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in Landscape Architecture;
