Job summary

RELATBL Recruiting Pty Ltd seeks a Learning Designer to design and improve government learning experiences. You will work on instructional design and multimedia production, supporting program review and intranet resources in a Canberra-based role.

You will design and develop engaging e-learning, publish content across LMS platforms, and engage stakeholders to identify learning needs. A Commonwealth department project is involved, with a 12-month contract and extensions.

Qualifications

• Experience in LMS administration and instructional design.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to create, publish, and maintain digital learning and online content.

Responsibilities

• Design learning solutions using adult learning and human-centred design principles.
• Design and develop e-learning programs, workshops and scenario-based learning.
• Create and edit multimedia learning content, including video, graphics and digital resources.
• Engage stakeholders to identify learning needs and requirements.
• Publish and manage learning content across learning management systems and digital platforms.
