RELATBL Recruiting Pty Ltd is supporting a Commonwealth Government department to source a Learning Designer. The role centers on designing and improving learning experiences through instructional design, multimedia production, and program review, supported by the intranet, media library and Lumi.

You will design learning solutions using adult learning principles, develop e-learning programs and scenarios, and manage multimedia content across LMS platforms and digital channels.

• Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to create, publish, and maintain digital learning and online content.
